Through ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH (IDPH, www.idph.state.il.us)(ID#3000676), Family Choice ensures all of our work and services are in accordance with regulatory state statutes, including but not limited to having Professional & General Liability Insurance, Worker's Compensation, among others.

We are a proud member of the HOME CARE ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA (HCAOA, www.homecareaoa.org), formerly NPDA, a 1,100 private duty agency membership which just like Family Choice is committed to delivering quality services in an honest and ethical manner. Family Choice also actively participates with HCAOA’s several political advocacy, as well as using HCAOA’s network as a resource for valuable information for best practices in providing caregiving services.
